All product items ordered from Gift Basket Jewels are covered by our 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. We guarantee your product will arrive to your recipient in quality condition. If you or your recipients are not satisfied with the quality of the product please contact us immediately. Your complete satisfaction is our goal.

Our business is designed to be a simple and effective way to ensure your recipients receive their gift baskets as soon as possible. We ship a large variety of custom creative baskets and specialty gourmet goodies created by hand; with over 150 unique gifts to be delivered to your requested ship to address. You will find new and up-dated gift assortments for every holiday and several new designs throughout the year.

  • Is Gift Basket Jewels a secure site?

    Yes. We use the Pay Pal service to process our orders. Pay Pal uses Verfi Sign, which is an industry standard SSL Secure Sockets Layer that encrypts personal information from being transferred over the Internet during the ordering process. You will see a lock at the bottom of the page signifying security.

    Do you ship chocolate filled gift baskets during the summer months?

    June through October due to the nature of chocolate and heat, all chocolate items will be substituted with hard candy items of equal or greater value. We guarantee you and your recipents will be pleased with the delicious hard candy items during the hot months.

    The chocolate filled gift baskets that apply to the June through October rule are included on the Gourmet Baskets page and are as follows:

    Do you ship on Weekends or Holidays?

    No, there is no shipping on these days. Please note the holiday dates below when no shipping will occur:

    • July 4th, 2008
    • August 29th, 2008
    • September 1st, 2008
    • November 27th and 28th, 2008
    • December 24th, 25th, and 26th, 2008
    • December 31st, 2008
    • January 1st and 2nd, 2009

    When will my order ship?

    Gift Basket Jewels will ship all 3 day select, 2nd day air and next day air orders received before 10 AM PST/ 1 PM EST the same day and all 3 day select, 2nd day air and next day air orders received after 10 AM PST/  1 PM EST (12 PM CST and 11 AM MST) the next business day. All ground orders will ship within 24-48 business hours. Gift Basket Jewels reserves the right to alter same day shipping cut-off during all holiday periods. 

    Any and all express orders received into our system before 12:00 PM CST will ship the same business day. All ground shipments ship within 1-2 business days.

    All express orders received after 12:00 PM CST will ship the following business day. There is no shipping on Saturday or Sunday.

    Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada?

    No. At this time we only ship to the 48 contiguous states.

    Will I know when my order ships?

    You will receive an order confirmation from PayPal after you have placed your order. Please review the message you receive and if there are any discrepancies, misspellings, address changes required, name change, please contact us immediately with the corrections. We will be more than happy to change any information as long as the gift has not been shipped.

    We will then notify you when the gift was shipped via email.

    What do I need to do to ensure proper shipment?

    Always be sure to include all necessary information on the order, your name, address (including suite numbers, apartment numbers and  zip codes), phone numbers, and the ship to address, personal message on the card enclosure, and method of shipping. 

    We will call you only if it is necessary to clarify any information you have submitted.

    What happens if I am not satisfied with the delivered gift basket?

    We guarantee to make every effort to ship each and every order within the shipping deadlines and to complete customer satisfaction. 

    Gift Basket Jewels will replace or refund the purchase value (excluding shipping) of any gift not meeting complete customer's satisfaction, deemed damaged or defective.  Refunds or replacements are only offered if the original gift can be retrieved for inspection. If something does go array please contact us before 12 pm CST on the second business day of receipt and include your original order number, name, telephone number, when would be a good time to contact you, along with a detailed message regarding the issue. Please ask your recipients to save the gift basket and all packaging material so the shipping company may verify the damage. We will contact you to rectify the issue.

    If your guaranteed shipment arrives late due to error with shipping carriers, we will refund your originally charged credit card or Pay Pal account the full shipping charges. Please understand that we cannot give refunds for delays caused by weather, recipient unavailable or any other circumstances beyond our control.

    No delivery date is guaranteed unless the Next Day or 2nd Day shipment method is chosen by you on the order form. However Gift Basket Jewels will use its best efforts to deliver on or near the 'Expected Delivery Date' chosen at the time the order was placed.

    Orders sent to wrong or incomplete addresses will not be refunded. Make sure all your personal information and your recipients information is up to date and correct including phone numbers, addresses, suite numbers, apartment numbers and zip codes. 

    We do not offer exchanges.

    Gift Basket Jewels guarantees all gifts shipped will have the general look and product assortment as the photos used to represent them. Due to the perish-ability and popularity of gift basket contents, substitutions are allowed as long as the value is equal or greater the substituted product.  We will do our best to substitute within the same "family" of products at all times.
